Hi, thank you for stopping by to visit my website.  If you are reading this you most likely have one of two things on your mind - either you are interested in buying a home or you are interested in putting your home on the market - or both.  Whichever the case, choosing a Realtor® is a decision you won´t want to make without some background information.  For first time home buyers or sellers, it is important to know the many prerequisites and requirements placed on you, all for your protection.  For those who have "been through this before", some of what you remember may have been revised or expanded. 

There are many steps and stages to a transaction. Having a Realtor who is experienced is important.  Should you choose to have me work with you on your transaction you will have entered into a relationship with a person who has over 38 years of experience.   I can assure you that not only do I love this area, but I KNOW this area. I specialize in residential properties and corporate relocation.  I am a member of National Association of Realtors®, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors, Residential Sales Council, Fairfield County Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, Connecticut Multiple Listing Service and I hold the Certified Residential Specialist designation.  Having always lived in Connecticut I am very familiar with New England life in general and this area of the state in particular.  Many people in and around the Trumbull area have known me to have my own office and my own team.  A few years ago Raveis and I decided to join together.  Merging with a company with so much to offer allows me, my team and my clients even more opportunities and support.  Aside from having been named Top Producer for 25 years, Raveis has also recognized my efforts in helping buyers and sellers with having been included in Raveis´s "President´s Club.   I am Past President of Connecticut´s Certified Residential Specialist Chapter and have been past-president of the local Women´s Council of Realtors.

Having mentioned my professional side, let me take a moment to share a bit of my personal side.   I grew up in northeastern Connecticut and moved to Norwalk when I married my husband Bob who began Mizak Realtors.  My husband and I have raised both our sons in Trumbull.  Fortunately one of my sons, his wife and two other loves of my life, my twin grandchildren live nearby. And luckily my other son, living in Manhattan, is just a train-trip away.  Family is very important to my husband and myself and having everyone close by allows us to share many good times and create many prized memories.  Prior to my career in real estate, I graduated from University of Connecticut with a B.A. and worked in Medical Technology. I was past President of Trumbull Junior Women´s Club, Tashua Knolls 18- holers and Trumbull Community League. I enjoy golf, boating, bowling and spending time with my grandchildren when time allows!
